SPESE SANITARIE: SCADENZA IL 2 FEBBRAIO 2026 PER L'INVIO AL SISTEMA TESSERA SANITARIA


Entro il prossimo lunedì 2 febbraio 2026 deve essere completata la trasmissione dei dati relativi alle spese sostenute dai cittadini nel corso del 2025. La scadenza originaria del 31 gennaio cade quest?"anno di sabato. La novità normativa introdotta dal dlgs 12 giugno 2025 n. 81, ha superato il precedente regime di invio semestrale; tale semplificazione permette a medici, odontoiatri, farmacie e strutture sanitarie di accorpare i dati di tutto il periodo d'imposta precedente in un'unica soluzione. Resta fondamentale applicare la cosiddetta logica di cassa: il criterio per l'invio dei dati non è la data di emissione del documento fiscale, bensì il momento dell'effettivo pagamento della prestazione. Nel flusso informativo verso il Sistema TS, gli operatori devono prestare particolare attenzione alla tracciabilità dei pagamenti; eccetto per l'acquisto di medicinali, dispositivi medici o prestazioni rese da strutture pubbliche o accreditate al SSN, la detraibilità per il contribuente è subordinata all'uso di sistemi di pagamento tracciabili. Vanno inoltre segnalate le informazioni relative a contributi statali, come il bonus psicologo, laddove indicati in fattura. In termini di flessibilità, il calendario tecnico garantisce una finestra di sette giorni per le rettifiche: eventuali errori commessi nell'invio principale potranno essere sanati tramite il portale del Sistema TS entro il 9 febbraio 2026.  Successivamente, dal 10 febbraio all'8 marzo, i cittadini potranno esercitare il proprio diritto di opposizione all'inserimento dei dati nella dichiarazione precompilata. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
