MODELLO REDDITI 2025: DOMANI LA SCADENZA PER LA PRESENTAZIONE TARDIVA


Scade domani, 29 gennaio, il termine ultimo per regolarizzare la presentazione del modello Redditi 2025, relativo al periodo d?"imposta 2024, da parte dei contribuenti che non hanno rispettato la scadenza ordinaria.Entro tale data è infatti ancora possibile trasmettere la dichiarazione avvalendosi del ravvedimento operoso, versando una sanzione ridotta pari a 25 euro. La dichiarazione presentata entro 90 giorni dalla scadenza originaria, pur tardiva, è considerata validamente presentata. La sanzione, pari a un decimo di quella minima prevista per l?"omessa dichiarazione (250 euro), deve essere versata tramite modello F24, utilizzando il codice tributo 8911. Qualora dalla dichiarazione emergano imposte dovute, sarà necessario versare anche i relativi tributi, gli interessi moratori calcolati al tasso legale e la sanzione per omesso versamento, riducibile secondo le regole del ravvedimento operoso.La dichiarazione presentata oltre il 29 gennaio 2026 sarà invece considerata omessa, con conseguente applicazione delle sanzioni ordinarie più gravose.
