DETRAZIONI FORFETARIE AUTOTRASPORTATORI: VARIATE RISPETTO AL 2016


Con comunicato stampa il cui testo viene di seguito riportato, vengono determinate per l'anno 2017 le deduzioni forfetarie spettanti a titolari e soci in misura pari ad euro 38,00 per trasporti effettuati al di fuori del comune ed in euro 13,30 per quelle effettuate all'interno del comune (cioè il 35% di 38 euro). Attenzione quindi alle dichiarazioni già redatte, da rettificare, in quanto ci risulta che i software di compilazione prevedevano l'importo di 51,00 euro, in vigore per il 2016. Comunicato Stampa N° 112 del 16/07/2018 Sulla base delle risorse disponibili, si comunicano le misure agevolative a favore degli autotrasportatori per il 2018. Importi delle deduzioni forfetarie - Per ciascun trasporto effettuato personalmente dall'imprenditore oltre il Comune in cui ha sede l'impresa (autotrasporto merci per conto di terzi) è prevista una deduzione forfetaria di spese non documentate (articolo 66, comma 5, primo periodo, del TUIR), per il periodo d'imposta 2017, nella misura di 38,00 euro. La deduzione spetta anche per i trasporti effettuati personalmente dall'imprenditore all'interno del Comune in cui ha sede l'impresa, per un importo pari al 35 per cento di quello riconosciuto per i medesimi trasporti oltre il territorio comunale. Misura relativa al recupero del contributo al Ssn - Le imprese di autotrasporto merci - conto terzi e conto proprio - possono recuperare nel 2018 fino a un massimo di 300 euro per ciascun veicolo (tramite compensazione in F24) le somme versate nel 2017 come contributo al Servizio sanitario nazionale sui premi di assicurazione per la responsabilità civile, per i danni derivanti dalla circolazione dei veicoli a motore adibiti a trasporto merci di massa complessiva a pieno carico non inferiore a 11,5 tonnellate. Anche quest'anno, per la compensazione in F24, si utilizza il codice tributo "6793".

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
