LA DELEGA ALL'INTERMEDIARIO ABILITATO PER L'ACCESSO AL CASSETTO FISCALE FATTURA ELETTRONICA


L’Agenzia Entrate ha introdotto la possibilità per il contribuente, o per un suo delegato, di accedere al cassetto fiscale per la consultazione dei dati rilevanti ai fini IVA e per l’utilizzo dei servizi di fatturazione elettronica. Con il conferimento della delega al servizio, l’intermediario potrà: ricercare, consultare e acquisire le fatture elettroniche emesse e ricevute dal soggetto delegante attraverso il Sistema di Interscambio; i file delle fatture elettroniche sono disponibili fino al 31 dicembre dell’anno successivo a quello di ricezione da parte del Sistema di Interscambio; consultare i dati trasmessi con riferimento alle operazioni di cessione di beni e di prestazione di servizi effettuate e ricevute dal soggetto delegante verso e da soggetti non stabiliti nel territorio dello Stato (operazioni transfrontaliere); consultare le comunicazioni dei prospetti di liquidazione trimestrale dell’IVA del soggetto delegante; consultare i dati IVA delle fatture (anagrafica, rilevante ai fini IVA, di cliente e fornitore; riepiloghi degli importi raggruppati per natura e aliquota IVA applicata; esigibilità dell’imposta) emesse e ricevute dal delegante, compresi quelli trasmessi dai clienti e dai fornitori del delegante nel ruolo di controparte nell’operazione commerciale; consultare gli elementi di riscontro fra quanto comunicato con i prospetti di liquidazione trimestrale dell’IVA e i dati delle fatture emesse e ricevute; esercitare e consultare le opzioni previste dal decreto legislativo n. 127 del 2015, per conto del soggetto delegante; consultare le notifiche e le ricevute del processo di trasmissione/ricezione delle fatture elettroniche, delle comunicazioni dei dati rilevanti ai fini IVA (dati fattura e dati dei corrispettivi), delle comunicazioni dei prospetti di liquidazione periodica dell’IVA; indicare al Sistema di Interscambio “l’indirizzo telematico” preferito per la ricezione dei file contenenti le fatture elettroniche, cioè una PEC o un “codice destinatario”, da parte del delegante; generare il codice a barre bidimensionale (QR-Code) per l’acquisizione automatica delle informazioni anagrafiche IVA del soggetto delegante e del relativo “indirizzo telematico”. Diversamente da come avviene per il cassetto fiscale inerente alle mere informazioni fiscali, l’abilitazione dell’intermediario per l’accesso al cassetto fiscale FE deve essere attivata dal contribuente stesso accedendo alla propria area riservata con le credenziali Entrate/Fisconline/SPID ed indicando il proprio commercialista quale intermediario abilitato. In alternativa il contribuente può consegnare il modulo cartaceo, presente sul sito dell’Agenzia Entrate, presso gli Uffici. È altresì possibile che sia l’intermediario stesso a presentare il modulo compilato dal contribuente, dietro procura speciale ai sensi del Decreto-legge del 22/10/2016 n. 193 Articolo 6 bis.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
