MISE: APPROVATO IL BANDO DI GARA PER LO SVILUPPO DELLA TECNOLOGIA 5G


L'11 luglio scorso è stato approvato il bando di gara e il relativo disciplinare per lo sviluppo della nuova tecnologia del 5G, che consentirà la digitalizzazione di diversi settori economici: trasporti, industria, agricoltura, cultura, scuola, sanità, turismo, ambiente. E' stata infatti avviata la procedura di gara per l'assegnazione dei diritti d'uso di frequenze radioelettriche da destinare a servizi di comunicazione elettronica in larga banda mobili terrestri bidirezionali nelle bande 694-790 MHz, 3600-3800 MHz e 26.5-27.5 GHz, in attuazione di quanto previsto dalla legge di bilancio 2018 che prevedeva misure economiche per favorire la transizione alla nuova tecnologia 5G. Con l'asta vengono messi a gara 1275 MHz di spettro nelle bande pioniere per il 5G attuando il 5G Action Plan europeo. Più precisamente: 1000 MHz nella banda a 26GHz 200 MHz nella banda a 3.7 GHz e 75 MHz in quella a 700 MHz. Come presentare le domande di partecipazione Le domande, redatte secondo le modalità indicate nel Disciplinare di gara, dovranno essere presentate entro e non oltre il 2 agosto 2018, esclusivamente mediante consegna a mano, presso il: Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico Direzione Generale per i servizi di comunicazione elettronica, di radiodiffusione e postali - Divisione II Viale America 201, 00144 Roma - stanza A544 dal lunedì al venerdì, esclusi i festivi, dalle ore 9,00 alle ore 12,00.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
