DAL 1° DICEMBRE UDIENZE TRIBUTARIE DA REMOTO CON MICROSOFT TEAMS


In vigore dal 1° dicembre le nuove regole sulle udienze a distanza, da applicare ai processi instaurati davanti alle Corti di giustizia tributaria di primo e di secondo grado. Nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 275 del 26 novembre scorso è stato pubblicato il Decreto del Vice Ministro dell'Economia e delle Finanze del 24 novembre 2025, che disciplina le regole tecnico-operative per lo svolgimento dell?"udienza da remoto tramite la piattaforma Microsoft Teams, in sostituzione di quella utilizzata in precedenza (Skype for business). Tra le novità da segnalare: il divieto assoluto di registrazione, con ogni strumento e da parte di chiunque, delle udienze da remoto e dell'uso della messaggistica istantanea interna agli applicativi; l'impossibilità di depositare i documenti tramite la piattaforma di videoconferenza; la necessità di verbalizzare, al termine dell'udienza, le dichiarazioni delle parti rese in ordine al regolare funzionamento del collegamento. L'utilizzo della piattaforma Microsoft Teams riguarda le udienze che si svolgeranno a partire dal 1° gennaio 2026. Restano ferme le precedenti modalità per le udienze web da svolgersi entro il 31 dicembre 2025 le cui comunicazioni ex art. 31 del D.lgs. 546/92 sono inviate fino al 30 novembre 2025.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
