MARKETING: IL GARANTE VIETA IL POP UP CON IL CONSENSO INCORPORATO


Nella newsletter n. 442 del 21 giugno 2018 il Garante per la Protezione dei Dati personali ha reso note alcune decisioni in merito al divieto dei c.d. " pop up" con il consenso incorporato ed in relazione al telemarketing indesiderato di Wind Tre. Inoltre nella newsletter l'Autorità ha dato il via libera al progetto sperimentale delle " body cam" sui treni per una società di trasporto pubblico, con alcune cautele. In particolare, il Garante ha vietato il pop up con il consenso incorporato disponendo che «se la società vorrà ancora utilizzare il pop up per raccogliere i dati a scopo promozionale (o per altre finalità) dovrà consentire e all'utente di scegliere liberamente se e quali finalità autorizzare». Il Garante ha, inoltre, dato il via libera ad una società di trasporto pubblico ferroviario per il progetto sperimentale di dotare di body cam (videocamere indossabili) agli addetti alla sicurezza e ai capotreno al fine di contrastare i furti e gli atti vandalici in aumento negli ultimi anni.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
