FIERE E MOSTRE FELINE GESTITE DA ENTI NO PROFIT ESCLUSE DAL NUOVO OBBLIGO POS–REGISTRATORE FISCALE


Con Risposta n. 298 del 27 novembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate fornisce chiarimenti ad una Onlus che si occupa di promuovere, sviluppare e diffondere attività a favore dei gatti ed mostre, fiere ed esposizioni feline, che chiede di conoscere se sia obbligata, a partire dal 1° gennaio 2026, a collegare il POS a un registratore fiscale per gli incassi dei biglietti d?"ingresso, come previsto dalla Legge di Bilancio 2025. Dopo un'analisi delle disposizioni normative in materia l'Agenzia esclude che le attività sopra elencate, organizzate da un'associazione senza scopo di lucro, rientrino nel suddetto obbligo introdotto dalla Legge di Bilancio 2025 per le operazioni effettuate a partire dal 1° gennaio 2026, in quanto già soggette a un sistema di controllo parallelo tramite Siae.Per questi soggetti resta valido il sistema di certificazione dei corrispettivi già in uso.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
