CREDITO D?"IMPOSTA MATERIALI DI RECUPERO: DOMANDE DAL 1° DICEMBRE


La legge di bilancio 2023 ha previsto un rimborso sotto forma di credito di imposta finalizzato a incrementare il riciclo delle plastiche e ridurre l?"impatto ambientale degli imballaggi.Per il 2024 il credito ammonta al 36% delle spese ammissibili, fino ad un credito massimo di 20mila euro per impresa. L'agevolazione è rivolta a tutte le imprese: iscritte presso il Registro delle imprese, che svolgono un?"attività economica in Italia, disponendo di una sede principale o secondaria sul territorio nazionale; che si trovano nel pieno e libero esercizio dei propri diritti e non sono in liquidazione volontaria o sottoposte a procedure concorsuali; che hanno acquistato nell'anno 2024 prodotti realizzati con materiali provenienti dalla raccolta differenziata degli imballaggi in plastica ovvero hanno acquistato imballaggi biodegradabili e compostabili secondo la normativa UNI EN 13432:2002, imballaggi in carta e cartone, imballaggi in legno non impregnati o derivati dalla raccolta differenziata della carta, dell'alluminio e del vetro. Per accedere all?"agevolazione le imprese in possesso dei requisiti possono presentare la domanda dalle ore 12:00 del 1° dicembre 2025 e fino alle ore 12:00 del 30 gennaio 2026, utilizzando la procedura informatica presente sul sito di Invitalia. La domanda dovrà riguardare esclusivamente le spese sostenute nel corso dell?"anno 2024.Qui il bando con i facsimile del modulo di domanda e dell'attestazione delle spese. Criteri e le modalità per la fruizione del credito d'imposta sono definiti nel Decreto 2 aprile 2024, n. 132 del Ministero dell?"ambiente e della sicurezza energetica, delle Imprese e del made in Italy e dell?"Economia e delle finanze.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
