COMMERCIALISTI, CRESCE LA PRESENZA FEMMINILE: PIù DONNE UNDER 40 E GENDER PAY GAP IN CALO NEL 2024


La presenza femminile all'interno della professione dei commercialisti continua a crescere e, insieme a essa, emerge un quadro sempre più attento ai temi della parità e dell?"inclusione. Durante il convegno “Le barriere invisibili”, organizzato in occasione della Giornata internazionale per l?"eliminazione della violenza contro le donne, sono stati presentati i risultati di un sondaggio e il bilancio di genere della categoria: dati che offrono uno spaccato incoraggiante. Se nel 2012 le donne rappresentavano il 31,1% degli iscritti, oggi la loro quota ha raggiunto il 34%, con un incremento costante e particolarmente marcato tra le generazioni più giovani. In particolare, nella prima classe di età, cioè tra gli iscritti fino a 40 anni, le donne rappresentano il 7,5% del totale contro il 9,1% degli uomini. Tra gli over 60 le donne sono il 21%, nella classe centrale (41-60 anni) diventano il 37% e salgono al 45% tra gli under 40. Il  trend positivo che si accompagna anche a una graduale riduzione del gender pay gap all?"interno della professione (dal 46,3% del 2008 al 42,9% del 2024), anche se resta comunque elevato.  I dati che emergono da un sondaggio somministrato a un campione di oltre 3600 commercialisti, realizzato dal Comitato nazionale pari opportunità (CNPO) dei commercialisti insieme alla Fondazione nazionale della categoria, i cui risultati sono confluiti nel Bilancio di genere della professione.  Da segnalare, tra i dati più significativi emersi dal questionario, la “penalità di maternità“, ossia lo svantaggio professionale ed economico che le donne possono subire quando hanno un figlio: per il 43,5% del campione, la nascita di un figlio ha avuto riflessi negativi sull?"attività professionale, dato che sale al 68,8% per le donne madri contro il 31,2% degli uomini.Altro elemento importante riguarda la cosiddetta “care penality”, vale a dire la perdita di reddito e opportunità lavorative che colpisce le donne normalmente più impegnate degli uomini nella cura e nell?"assistenza dei propri familiari. I risultati indicano la la presenza di una penalizzazione per le donne: il 60,7% delle donne si occupa direttamente dell?"assistenza ai propri familiari contro il 39,3% degli uomini.
