DELEGA UNICA AI SERVIZI ONLINE ADE E ADER DALL'8 DICEMBRE. NUOVA FUNZIONALITà PER GLI INTERMEDIARI


A partire dall?"8 dicembre 2025, in attuazione del Provvedimento del 7 agosto 2025, entreranno in vigore nuove modalità per permettere ai contribuenti di delegare gli intermediari all?"utilizzo dei servizi online dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate e dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione. Le deleghe già attive prima di tale data rimarranno valide fino alla loro naturale scadenza, e comunque non oltre il 28 febbraio 2027. Lo ricorda l?"Agenzia delle Entrate sul proprio sito internet. Con le nuove regole, ogni contribuente potrà conferire la delega a un massimo di due intermediari. La delega avrà validità fino al 31 dicembre del quarto anno successivo rispetto a quello del conferimento. L?"attivazione e la revoca potranno avvenire solo in modalità digitale: il contribuente potrà procedere direttamente dalla propria area riservata, tramite una funzione dedicata, oppure la delega potrà essere trasmessa dall?"intermediario incaricato. Nuova funzionalità per gli intermediariPer facilitare il monitoraggio e la gestione delle deleghe, l?"Agenzia metterà inoltre a disposizione degli intermediari, nella loro area riservata, un elenco aggiornato con tutte le deleghe ricevute dai clienti, comprensivo delle rispettive scadenze. In questo modo gli intermediari potranno individuare più facilmente le deleghe in prossimità di scadenza e rinnovarle tramite le procedure attualmente disponibili, utilizzabili fino al 5 dicembre 2025. Quali servizi è possibile delegareI contribuenti potranno delegare uno o più servizi tra quelli di seguito elencati: la consultazione del Cassetto fiscale delegato uno o più servizi relativi alla Fatturazione elettronica/corrispettivi telematici, ovvero: consultazione e acquisizione delle fatture elettroniche o dei loro duplicati informatici consultazione dei dati rilevanti ai fini IVA registrazione dell?"indirizzo telematico fatturazione elettronica e conservazione delle fatture elettroniche accreditamento e censimento dispositivi l?"acquisizione dei dati ISA e dei dati per la determinazione della proposta di concordato preventivo biennale i servizi on line dell?"area riservata dell?"Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione (ad esempio consultazione della posizione debitoria, istanza di rateizzazione, etc).   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
