BONUS TRANSIZIONE 5.0: INTEGRAZIONE DOCUMENTALE FINO AL 6 DICEMBRE


E' approdato in Gazzetta Ufficiale (n. 271 del 21 novembre 2025) il decreto legge n. 175/2025, che contiene disposizioni urgenti relative all Piano Transizione 5.0 e la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili. Le comunicazioni per ottenere il credito d'imposta possono essere presentate entro il 27 novembre. In caso di dati non correttamente caricati o di presentazione di documentazione o di informazioni incomplete o non leggibili, le imprese richiedenti possono effettuare integrazioni, su richiesta del GSE, entro il termine perentorio indicato nella comunicazione e comunque entro il 6 dicembre 2025. Non può in ogni caso essere sanata la carenza di elementi afferenti alla certificazione della riduzione dei consumi energetici. Il Mimit, ricordiamo, con Decreto direttoriale dello scorso 7 novembre aveva comunicato l'esaurimento delle risorse, prevedendo comunque la possibilità di presentare nuove domande in vista di nuova disponibilità di risorse. Ai fini del rispetto del divieto di cumulo, l'impresa non può presentare, per i medesimi investimenti, domanda per l'accesso al credito d'imposta Transizione 5.0 e domanda per l'accesso al credito d'imposta per investimenti in beni nuovi strumentali (Transizione 4.0). Le imprese che, alla data di entrata in vigore del D.lgs n. 175/2025, hanno presentato domanda per l'accesso a entrambi i crediti d'imposta devono optare, entro il 27 novembre 2025, con modalità telematiche, per uno dei due crediti d'imposta. Qualora l'impresa opti per il credito d'imposta 5.0, in caso di mancato riconoscimento del beneficio per superamento del limite di spesa, previa verifica della sussistenza dei requisiti necessari, resta salva la facoltà di accesso al credito d'imposta per investimenti in beni nuovi strumentali. Nei casi di prenotazione su entrambi i crediti di imposta, l'impresa beneficiaria, a seguito della comunicazione di completamento dell'investimento e previa ricezione di richiesta dal GSE deve comunicare, entro cinque giorni dalla suddetta ricezione, a pena di decadenza, la rinuncia alle risorse prenotate sul credito d'imposta non fruito.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
