LA VISURA CATASTALE: ONLINE LA GUIDA AGGIORNATA DELLE ENTRATE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato la nuova guida dedicata alla visura catastale, aggiornata a novembre 2025, che illustra il dettaglio le numerose informazioni contenute nel modello, relative a un immobile, un terreno o un fabbricato. La guida ripercorre la struttura della visura: l?"organizzazione e l?"esposizione dei dati consente una migliore comprensione delle variazioni intervenute nel corso del tempo nelle titolarità degli immobili. Sono inoltre presenti utili esempi pratici che aiutano i cittadini e i professionisti nella richiesta delle varie tipologie di visure catastali (attuali e storiche, per soggetto e per immobile).Nel documento sono illustrati anche i servizi di consultazione delle visure, ai quali è possibile accedere online o recandosi presso gli uffici. Una novità di quest?"anno, introdotta dall'art. 7 del D.lgs n. 139/2024, è che a partire dal 1° gennaio 2025 le consultazioni telematiche delle visure sono gratuite anche per gli immobili non di proprietà.  Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
