MODELLO AA5/6 AGGIORNATO: COSA CAMBIA DAL 18 NOVEMBRE PER ENTI, ASSOCIAZIONI E SOCIETà


Il 18 novembre sono entrate in vigore le nuove regole per enti, associazioni e società nelle comunicazioni di codice fiscale e variazioni dati tramite il modello AA5/6. Con il Provvedimento del Direttore dell?"Agenzia n. 189273 del 21 dicembre 2009, è stato approvato il modello AA5/6 che i soggetti diversi dalle persone fisiche (enti, associazioni e società), non obbligati alla dichiarazione di inizio attività IVA, devono utilizzare per la domanda di attribuzione del codice fiscale, per la comunicazione di variazione dati e per la comunicazione delle avvenute fusioni, concentrazioni, trasformazioni ed estinzioni, con le relative istruzioni e le specifiche tecniche per la trasmissione telematica dei dati. Per garantire un maggiore controllo del processo di attribuzione del codice fiscale e di variazione dei dati precedentemente comunicati da parte dei suddetti soggetti, con il provvedimento dell'Agenzia Entrate del 17 novembre 2025 sono state disciplinate specifiche modalità di presentazione del modello AA5/6 e sono state aggiornate le istruzioni del modello. In particolare, in caso di variazione del rappresentante legale, il modello AA5/6 deve essere presentato esclusivamente presso l?"ufficio dell?"Agenzia competente in base al domicilio fiscale del soggetto dichiarante, oppure a mezzo raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno o PEC, o tramite l'apposito servizio “Consegna documenti e istanze”, disponibile nell?"Area riservata del sito internet dell?"Agenzia delle entrate. Al modello devono essere allegati i documenti comprovanti le informazioni anagrafiche dell?"ente e del nuovo rappresentante legale, oltre ad una dichiarazione sostitutiva, resa ai sensi degli articoli 46 e 47 del d.P.R. n. 445 del 2000, nella quale il sottoscrittore dello stesso attesta la propria qualità di rappresentante in relazione all?"ente per il quale rende la dichiarazione.  Le nuove istruzioni approvate, allegate al modello AA5/6, sostituiscono quelle adottate con il Provvedimento originario a partire dal 18 novembre 2025.  Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
