COMUNI: OPERATIVA LA NUOVA APPLICAZIONE INFORMATICA PER TRASMETTERE IL PROSPETTO DELLE ALIQUOTE IMU 2026


Dal 12 novembre è disponibile, all?"interno dell?"apposita sezione “Gestione IMU” del Portale del federalismo fiscale, la nuova applicazione informatica attraverso la quale i Comuni potranno elaborare e trasmettere il Prospetto delle aliquote dell?"IMU per l?"anno d?"imposta 2026.A darne notizia il Mef, con Comunicato del 10 novembre scorso, dove informa dell'adozione del Decreto 6 novembre 2025 del Vice Ministro dell?"economia e delle finanze, in corso di pubblicazione nella Gazzetta Ufficiale, e della contestuale pubblicazione delle “Linee guida per l?"elaborazione e la trasmissione del Prospetto delle aliquote dell?"IMU” aggiornate.Il decreto approva il nuovo Allegato A, che sostituisce integralmente il precedente del decreto 6 settembre 2024, permettendo ai Comuni di introdurre ulteriori differenziazioni all'interno di ciascuna delle fattispecie già previste in materia di IMU.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
