GLOBAL MINIMUM TAX: PRONTI I CODICI TRIBUTO PER L'F24


Con la Risoluzione n. 63 del 10 novembre l?"Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito i codici tributo da utilizzare per i versamenti, tramite modello F24, relativi all?"imposizione minima globale in Italia.La normativa sull?"imposizione minima globale per i grandi gruppi multinazionali e nazionali di imprese è stata introdotta dal D.lgs n. 209/2023 in attuazione della legge delega n. 111/2023. Il decreto recepisce la Direttiva (UE) 2022/2523, che a sua volta integra nel mercato unico europeo il nucleo principale dell?"accordo globale sul cosiddetto Secondo Pilastro dell'accordo OCSE/G20, volto a garantire una tassazione minima effettiva delle imprese multinazionali a livello globale (“global minimum tax”). L'Art. 9 del Decreto prevede tre diverse forme di imposizione integrativa, che in Italia vengono riscosse tramite modello F24 e non sono compensabili: l?"imposta minima integrativa (articoli 13, 14 e 15 del decreto) l?"imposta minima suppletiva (articoli 19, 20 e 21 del decreto) l?"imposta minima nazionale (articolo 18 del decreto) Il versamento di tali imposte avviene in due rate: il 90% dell?"importo dovuto entro l?"undicesimo mese successivo all?"ultimo giorno dell?"esercizio al quale l?"imposta si riferisce; l?"importo residuo entro l?"ultimo giorno del mese successivo al termine previsto per la presentazione della dichiarazione relativa a tale esercizio. Per i soggetti con esercizio coincidente con l?"anno solare, il primo versamento per l?"imposizione integrativa dovuta in relazione al 2024 dovrà essere effettuato entro l?"ultimo giorno di novembre 2025 e la seconda rata dell?"imposta dovuta per il 2024 dovrà essere versata entro luglio 2026. A partire dall?"esercizio successivo a quello transitorio, per i soggetti con esercizio coincidente con l?"anno solare, la seconda rata per l?"imposta dovuta nel 2025 dovrà essere versata entro il mese di aprile 2027 (con prima rata da versare entro novembre 2026). Per consentire i versamenti tramite F24, l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito i seguenti codici tributo: “2730” denominato “Imposta minima integrativa - articoli 13, 14 e 15del decreto legislativo 27 dicembre 2023, n. 209”; “2731” denominato “Imposta minima suppletiva - articoli 19, 20 e 21 deldecreto legislativo 27 dicembre 2023, n. 209”; “2732” denominato “Imposta minima nazionale - articolo 18 del decretolegislativo 27 dicembre 2023, n. 209”. Sono inoltre istituiti i seguenti codici tributo per il versamento delle sanzioni e degli interessi dovuti in caso di ravvedimento: “2733” denominato “Sanzione da ravvedimento - Imposta minima integrativa, suppletiva o nazionale - articoli 13 e seguenti del decreto legislativo 27 dicembre 2023, n. 209”; “2734” denominato "Interessi da ravvedimento - Imposta minima integrativa, suppletiva o nazionale - articoli 13 e seguenti del decreto legislativo 27 dicembre 2023, n. 209”.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
