SCADENZE DICHIARATIVE: COSA FARE DOPO IL 31 OTTOBRE


lo scorso 31 ottobre 2025 è scaduto il termine per la presentazione del Modello Redditi 2025 e dell?"IRAP 2025 relativi al periodo d?"imposta 2024, da parte delle persone fisiche, delle società di persone e dei soggetti IRES con periodo d?"imposta coincidente con l?"anno solare. (leggi Scadenze dichiarative del 31 ottobre) Chi non ha rispettato la scadenza del 31 ottobre può ancora rimediare inviando una dichiarazione “tardiva” entro 90 giorni dal termine ordinario, e quindi entro il 29 gennaio 2026. Le dichiarazioni tardive sono considerate valide a tutti gli effetti, ma si applica una sanzione di 250 euro, riducibile a 25 euro grazie al ravvedimento operoso. Potrà essere oggetto di ravvedimento anche l?"eventuale maggior versamento emerso in fase di invio. Le dichiarazioni inviate oltre i 90 giorni dalla scadenza saranno invece considerate “omesse“. Le dichiarazioni inviate oltre i 90 giorni costituiscono comunque titolo per la riscossione delle imposte dovute in base agli imponibili che vi sono indicati e delle ritenute che sono indicate dai sostituti di imposta. Per le dichiarazioni omesse la violazione non è ravvedibile e comporta una sanzione amministrativa dal 120% al 240% delle imposte dovute (minimo 250 euro), oppure una sanzione fissa tra 250 e 1.000 euro se non sono dovute imposte. Ma l?"omessa presentazione della dichiarazione dei redditi apre soprattutto la porta a un possibile accertamento induttivo da parte dell?"Amministrazione Finanziaria. Ricordiamo infine che la Corte di Cassazione (ordinanza n. 10668 del 22.4.2021) ebbe modo di affermare che la dichiarazione presentata nei termini, ma con un reddito “inverosimile”, non può essere considerata una omessa, ma soltanto infedele.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
