RIVALUTAZIONE QUOTE E TERRENI: LA SCADENZA DEL 30 NOVEMBRE 2025


Per la rivalutazione dei terreni e delle partecipazioni possedute all?"1.01.2025 non in regime d?"impresa da parte di persone fisiche, società semplici o enti non commerciali, si avvicina la scadenza del 1° dicembre 2025 (la scadenza originaria del 30 novembre 2025 cade infatti di domenica). Per gli interessati, entro l?"1° dicembre 2025 occorre quindi effettuare: l?"asseverazione della perizia di stima; il versamento dell?"imposta sostitutiva dovuta stabilita in misura pari al 18%; Il contribuente può decidere se effettuare il versamento dell?"imposta sostitutiva in un?"unica soluzione oppure in 3 rate annuali di pari importo applicando, alle rate successive alla prima gli interessi nella misura del 3% annuo. In caso di pagamento rateale i termini sono i seguenti: l?"1° dicembre 2025, per la prima rata; il 30 novembre 2026, per la seconda rata integrata degli interessi del 3% annuo maturati dall?"1° dicembre 2025; il 30 novembre 2027, per la terza rata integrata degli interessi del 3% annuo maturati dall?"1° dicembre 2025.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
