PROROGA INVIO DATI LIQUIDAZIONI IVA: PER I COMMERCIALISTI è "TARDIVA E INSUFFICIENTE"


A seguito dell'ufficializzazione della proroga al 12 giugno del termine per la trasmissione dei dati delle liquidazioni periodiche IVA relative al primo trimestre 2017, il Consiglio nazionale dei dottori commercialisti ha espresso il proprio parere tramite la voce del presidente, Massimo Miani, che l'ha definita "tardiva e insufficiente". Il presidente del CNDCEC ha infatti commentando: "Siamo di fronte all'ennesimo caso di una proroga che giunge, attraverso un comunicato stampa, a poco più di 48 ore dalla scadenza prefissata. Una situazione che è ormai diventata la norma nei rapporti tra Amministrazione fiscale e professionisti, in aperta e costante violazione di quanto stabilito dallo Statuto del contribuente. L'incertezza sta diventando l'emblema del nostro sistema fiscale". "A ciò si aggiunga che, viste tutte le difficoltà che questo nuovo, ennesimo adempimento ha generato e dai commercialisti immediatamente segnalate, una proroga di soli 12 giorni appare del tutto insufficiente".   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
