APPROVATO IL DL ANTICIPI: MISURE URGENTI IN MATERIA ECONOMICA


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta n. 145 del 14 ottobre, approvato un decreto-legge che introduce misure urgenti in materia economica (il c.d. Decreto Anticipi 2025).  Come si legge nel Comunicato Stampa pubblicato, il testo rifinanzia misure per giovani, formazione universitaria, innovazione e digitalizzazione, aumentando le risorse per il Fondo per l?"innovazione tecnologica e la digitalizzazione.Inoltre, in materia di infrastrutture e investimenti, si allineano i cronoprogrammi procedurali agli obiettivi finanziari del “Piano nazionale per gli investimenti complementari al PNRR”. Altri interventiIl Decreto autorizza spese per RFI S.p.a. per il 2025, incrementando i fondi per la manutenzione straordinaria (contratto di programma parte servizi), e un contributo a fondo perduto all?"Economic Resilience Action (ERA) Program dell?"IFC per sostenere il settore privato ucraino e rafforzare l?"intervento dell?"IFC a beneficio della popolazione e delle imprese italiane.Previsti anche interventi per garantire i XXV Giochi olimpici e XIV paralimpici invernali “Milano-Cortina 2026”, aumentando i fondi e inserendo disposizioni per i controlli antidoping. Infine, nel Decreto Anticipi entra anche la proroga per il 2026 delle misure incrementali sull?"imposta di soggiorno. Il maggior gettito sarà destinato per il 70% agli impieghi previsti e per il 30% al bilancio statale, per incrementare le risorse del Fondo per l?"inclusione delle persone con disabilità e del fondo per l?"assistenza ai minori.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
