ATTENZIONE ALLE FALSE EMAIL SU PRESUNTI RIMBORSI FISCALI: NUOVO TENTATIVO DI PHISHING AI DANNI DEI CONTRIBUENTI


Con Avviso del 10 ottobre l'Agenzia Entrate informa di nuovi tentativi di phishing realizzati tramite email a tema rimborso fiscale (qui un esempio), perpetrato nei confronti di cittadini. IN queste comunicazioni la vittima viene falsamente informata, a nome dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate, di avere diritto a un rimborso fiscale, riconosciuto a seguito di presunte verifiche dell?"ente. Il rimborso verrebbe accreditato previa compilazione di un modulo accessibile tramite il link allegato nel corpo della comunicazione. Tale link, spiegano le Entrate, è totalmente estraneo all?"Agenzia, che disconosce provenienza e autenticità e raccomanda di prestare la massima attenzione a questa tipologia di comunicazioni, di verificare adeguatamente l?"indirizzo del mittente, di non scaricare, aprire né compilare eventuali allegati e di non ricontattare assolutamente il mittente di eventuali comunicazioni.  Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
