I chiarimenti opportuni per un asset strategico del nostro paese


Firmata l’ipotesi di rinnovo del cemento, calce e gesso: aumenti salariali, più welfare e maggiori garanzie su malattia e infortuni.Tutto parte da un CCNL scaduto in data 31.12.2024 ed a cui in rappresentanza dei lavoratori i sindacati di categoria FENEALUIL, FILCA – CISL, FILLEA – CIGL e la rappresentanza delle aziende nella veste di FEDERBETON, hanno provveduto in data 08.05.2025 a quella che è la firma di un’ipotesi di rinnovo di quello che è il contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro, cemento, calce e gesso. Quest’azione da un punto di vista industriale è meritevole di grande attenzione, dato che parliamo di un settore che da lavoro ad oltre 8.000 addetti.  Partiamo subito con il mettere in evidenza il fatto che vi sarà un aumento complessivo, equivalente ad euro 175 per ogni parametro 4, parliamo quindi di quella che è una figura professionale intermedia, gli stessi si cumulano a quelli che sono stati i 120 euro concessi a dicembre 2024 tramite un recupero dell’inflazione e pertanto parliamo di un totale di euro 295. Così facendo si arrivano a definire quelle che sono due tranche di 60 euro l’una e queste avranno la loro validità dal 1º Ottobre 2025 e dal 1º Ottobre 2026 bensì la terza che è pari ad euro 55 avrà decorrenza dal 1º Ottobre 2027, tale questione è riconducibile al fatto che il contratto avrà decorrenza dal 1º Gennaio 2025 al 31 Dicembre 2027. Meritano un certo tipo di considerazione anche quelli che sono alcuni punti che hanno una precisa rilevanza economica, come :  Indennità di lavaggio degli indumenti pari ad euro 10 lordi mensili che ha decorrenza dal 1º Gennaio 2027 Aumento di quello che è l’elemento di garanzia retributiva verso le aziende che non hanno accordi di secondo livello Il contributo dell’indennità sostitutiva di mensa ed il costo del pasto completamente a carico delle imprese vengono aumentati di 2 euro Vengono riconosciute 4 ore di riposo compensativo alle vigilie di Natale e Capodanno per i turnisti Viene esteso il premo di anzianità a tutti gli operai che dispongono dal 23º anno di anzianità di servizio, che altro non è che una mensilità aggiuntiva Inoltre vi è la previsione di aumenti sia per ciò che concerne il versamento al Fondo pensionistico concreto che per quello a cui si riferisce il contributo al Fondo sanitario integrativo Altea. Viene posta una forte attenzione al lavoro sull’inquadramento, facendo in modo che si abbia da subito la data del primo incontro, così come aggiungiamo che vi è un aumento di 6 mesi del periodo di aspettativa, che passa dai 12 ai 18 mesi. C’è poi un aumento del periodo del comparto, che arriva a 24 mesi ed a cui è correlato anche un aumento dell’importo delle retribuzioni, qualora vi sia malattia e infortunio sul lavoro al 100% per 10 mesi e al 50% per sei mesi in più, facendo quindi in modo che detto periodo retribuito arrivi a 4 mesi.
