Registratori di cassa e POS: obbligo di integrazione dal 2026 - Parte 2: implicazioni tecniche e operative


L'obbligo di integrazione tra POS e registratori di cassa, in vigore dal 2026, comporta una serie di adeguamenti tecnici e operativi che le aziende devono affrontare per tempo.La normativa richiede una connessione strutturale che garantisca l'inalterabilità, la sicurezza e l'interoperabilità dei dati delle transazioni. I due dispositivi dovranno infatti dialogare costantemente, scambiandosi le informazioni in modo sicuro e certificato.Dal punto di vista operativo, ogni pagamento elettronico effettuato tramite POS dovrà essere immediatamente comunicato al registratore di cassa telematico, che lo registrerà insieme ai dati dello scontrino.Questo sistema integrato avrà il compito di conservare lo storico di tutte le transazioni elettroniche e di inviare in modo aggregato i dati dei pagamenti giornalieri all'Agenzia Entrate.Il flusso di dati coordinato che ne deriverà, permetterà un controllo più efficace e tempestivo sui corrispettivi delle aziende.La trasmissione dei dati avverrà tramite il Sistema di Interscambio (SDI), la stessa piattaforma già utilizzata per la fatturazione elettronica.I fornitori di servizi di pagamento avranno la responsabilità di inviare una serie di informazioni dettagliate, tra cui: i dati identificativi dell'esercente, il codice univoco del contratto, l'identificativo del POS, la tipologia di operazione (pagamento o storno), l'importo totale e il numero delle transazioni giornaliere. La scadenza per l'invio di questi dati è fissata all'ultimo giorno lavorativo del mese successivo a quello di riferimento.Per garantire una transizione senza intoppi, è fondamentale che gli esercenti contattino tempestivamente i propri fornitori di software e hardware per verificare la compatibilità dei sistemi attuali e pianificare gli eventuali aggiornamenti necessari. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
