RIFORMA PROFESSIONI: NUOVE REGOLE PER AVVOCATI, SANITà E ORDINAMENTI PROFESSIONALI


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta n. 140 del 4 settembre ha approvato tre disegni di legge di delega al Governo per la riforma degli ordinamenti professionali. Il primo (Delega al Governo per la riforma dell?"ordinamento forense) introduce importanti novità per la professione di avvocato. Vengono rafforzati indipendenza, giuramento, segreto professionale e codice deontologico. Nuove regole per associazioni, società tra professionisti e reti multidisciplinari. Previste norme su equo compenso, formazione, specializzazioni e compatibilità con altre attività (es. amministratore di società o di condominio, agente sportivo). Il secondo (Delega al Governo per la riforma della disciplina degli ordinamenti professionali) prevede una revisione organica del sistema per modernizzarlo e allinearlo agli standard europei. Tra i punti chiave: formazione continua e tirocinio più aderenti al mercato del lavoro, semplificazione per le società tra professionisti, promozione del ricambio generazionale, trasparenza e parità di genere negli organi professionali. Il terzo (Delega al Governo in materia di professioni sanitarie e disposizioni relative alla responsabilità professionale degli esercenti le professioni sanitarie) prevede una rimodulazione dell?"attuale sistema delle professioni sanitarie, sia dal punto di vista formativo che ordinistico, con l'obiettivo di rafforzare l?"attrattività del Servizio sanitario nazionale e di garantire elevati standard di qualità e sicurezza delle cure. Tra le principali previsioni la rimodulazione del sistema formativo, con l?"avvio di un processo di aggiornamento dei percorsi di studio delle professioni sanitarie e l'integrazione delle nuove tecnologie. Sulla responsabilità professionale, limitazione della punibilità ai casi di colpa grave, purché rispettate linee guida e buone pratiche; introdotti criteri specifici per la valutazione della colpa in relazione alle condizioni operative. L?"esame del disegno di legge delega relativo alla professione di dottore commercialista e di esperto contabile, si legge nel Comunicato del Governo, è stato rinviato ad una prossima riunione.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
