DOP E IGP: PUBBLICATO IL DECRETO PER I CONTRIBUTI ALLA VALORIZZAZIONE E SALVAGUARDIA


Il 1° settembre il Ministero dell'Agricoltura ha pubblicato sul proprio sito internet il Decreto Ministeriale 10 luglio 2025 n. 318209, recante i criteri e le modalità per la concessione di contributi per la valorizzazione e la salvaguardia delle caratteristiche di qualità dei prodotti DOP e IGP. Si tratta di contributi per la realizzazione di iniziative di valorizzazione, sia in campo nazionale che internazionale, dei prodotti agricoli e degli altri prodotti agricoli e alimentari contraddistinti da DOP o IGP, e della loro salvaguardia, attraverso la realizzazione delle seguenti attività: organizzazione e partecipazione a fiere, esposizioni e concorsi; pubblicazioni destinate a sensibilizzare il grande pubblico in merito ai prodotti agricoli; attività dimostrative, azioni di informazione e promozione dell?"innovazione, nonché scambi interaziendali di breve durata e visite di aziende agricole; formazione professionale e acquisizione di competenze (come corsi di formazione, seminari, conferenze e coaching); progetti di ricerca e sviluppo, anche sotto il profilo della sostenibilità ambientale, sociale ed economica, aventi ad oggetto la produzione, la commercializzazione e/o la salvaguardia dei prodotti designati da DOP o IGP. Le domande di contributo devono pervenire all?"Ufficio PQA I, esclusivamente a mezzo P.e.c., entro e non oltre le ore 23:59 del trentesimo giorno successivo alla data di pubblicazione del presente decreto sul sito internet del Ministero (dunque il giorno 1° ottobre 2025), all?"indirizzo di posta elettronica certificata aoo.pqa@pec.masaf.gov.it. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
