CITTADINI IN ATTESA DI REGOLARIZZAZIONE: COME FARE PER OTTENERE L'ASSISTENZA SANITARIA


Quando una persona straniera si trova in attesa di regolarizzazione in Italia, può comunque avere bisogno di accedere al Servizio sanitario nazionale per ricevere cure urgenti o essenziali. In questi casi, è importante sapere che esistono modalità semplificate di iscrizione al SSN, anche in assenza della tessera sanitaria. L'Agenzia delle Entrate ricorda che i cittadini in attesa di regolarizzazione in Italia possono iscriversi al Servizio sanitario nazionale con il codice fiscale numerico provvisorio (solitamente rilasciato dallo Sportello Unico dell?"Immigrazione o dalla Questura), presentando all?"ASL la ricevuta della domanda di regolarizzazione. In questo caso, non viene inviata automaticamente la tessera sanitaria, ma può essere rilasciato dall?"ASL solo un certificato sostitutivo, che contiene il numero identificativo della tessera sanitaria.  Se il cittadino straniero per il quale è stata richiesta la regolarizzazione non conosce il codice fiscale che gli è stato attribuito, le ASL hanno a disposizione una procedura che consente di recuperarlo, inserendo i dati anagrafici completi del cittadino.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
