RIAMMISSIONE ALLA ROTTAMAZIONE-QUATER: COMUNICAZIONE DELLE SOMME DOVUTE ANCHE IN AREA PUBBLICA SENZA CREDENZIALI


L'Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione ha inviato la Comunicazione delle somme dovute ai contribuenti che hanno presentato la domanda di riammissione alla “Rottamazione-quater”.La Comunicazione, inviata al domicilio eletto in fase di adesione alla riammissione, contiene: l?"ammontare complessivo delle somme dovute a titolo di riammissione alla Definizione agevolata (“Rottamazione-quater”); la scadenza dei pagamenti in base alla scelta che è stata indicata in fase di presentazione della domanda di riammissione: in un?"unica soluzione, entro il 31 luglio 2025; fino a un numero massimo di dieci rate, di pari importo, con scadenza, rispettivamente, le prime due, il 31 luglio e il 30 novembre 2025 e le successive, il 28 febbraio, il 31 maggio, il 31 luglio e il 30 novembre degli anni 2026 e 2027.Alle somme da corrispondere saranno applicati gli interessi al tasso del 2% annuo a decorrere dal 1° novembre 2023. i moduli precompilati per il pagamento delle rate in base alla soluzione scelta in fase di adesione alla riammissione; le informazioni per richiedere l?"eventuale domiciliazione dei pagamenti sul conto corrente. Nel caso via sia un importo da pagare a titolo di Definizione agevolata, la Comunicazione contiene il piano con la ripartizione dell?"importo dovuto in base alla soluzione di pagamento scelta al momento dell?"adesione alla riammissione.   L'Agenzia ricorda che è attivo il servizio online per richiedere, senza necessità di credenziali, copia della Comunicazione delle somme dovute per la riammissione, compilando l'apposito form in area pubblica. E' sufficiente inserire il codice fiscale del soggetto che ha fatto la domanda di adesione, allegare la documentazione necessaria al riconoscimento e indicare la casella e-mail dove ricevere la "Comunicazione" e i moduli per pagare.La copia della Comunicazione, inclusi i moduli per il pagamento, è sempre disponibile in area riservata.
