AFFRANCAMENTO STRAORDINARIO DELLE RISERVE: PUBBLICATO IL DECRETO MEF IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 159 dell'11 luglio è stato pubblicato il Decreto MEF 27 giugno 2025 sul regime di affrancamento straordinario dei saldi attivi di rivalutazione, delle riserve e dei fondi in sospensione di imposta.Il Decreto, in particolare, individua le modalità di attuazione dell'art. 14 del DL n. 192/2024, che dispone che i saldi attivi di rivalutazione, le riserve e i fondi, in sospensione di imposta, esistenti nel bilancio dell'esercizio in corso al 31 dicembre 2023, che residuano al termine dell'esercizio in corso al 31 dicembre 2024, possono essere oggetto di affrancamento, in tutto o in parte, con l'applicazione di un'imposta sostitutiva delle imposte sui redditi e dell'IRAP nella misura del 10%.  Fonte: https://www.gazzettaufficiale.it

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
