PREMI POLIZZE ASSICURATIVE PROFESSIONALI OBBLIGATORIE: DEDUCIBILI O DETRAIBILI?


Si possono detrarre i premi versati per la polizza di assicurazione professionale obbligatoria?Il chiarimento arriva dall'Agenzia delle Entrate, in una risposta fornita sulla propria rivista telematica FiscoOggi, dove ricorda che, come previsto dall'articolo 54 del Testo unico delle imposte sui redditi (Tuir),  “Il reddito derivante dall'esercizio di arti e professioni è costituito dalla differenza tra tutte le somme e i valori in genere a qualunque titolo percepiti nel periodo di imposta in relazione all?"attività artistica o professionale e l?"ammontare delle spese sostenute nel periodo stesso nell?"esercizio dell?"attività”. Di conseguenza, nell'esercizio della professione, le spese effettivamente sostenute nel periodo d?"imposta inerenti all?"esercizio dell?"arte o professione e debitamente documentate, sono deducibili e non detraibili. Tra queste, sono da includere anche quelle relative alla stipula di polizze assicurative professionali. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
