Con il nuovo Pregeo gli atti di frazionamento dei terreni, i documenti che attestano la suddivisione di un lotto in due o più porzioni per la successiva registrazione negli archivi del Catasto, viaggeranno in digitale dall?"Agenzia delle Entrate ai Comuni.Il deposito presso i Comuni degli atti di aggiornamento, che prima doveva essere effettuato dal tecnico incaricato dal proprietario, verrà ora gestito telematicamente dalle Entrate, che metterà a disposizione i documenti sul “Portale dei Comuni”. A questo scopo la Procedura Pregeo, il software che i professionisti abilitati (architetti, ingegneri, geometri ecc.) utilizzano per comunicare all?"Agenzia le variazioni sui terreni, è stata aggiornata alla versione 10.6.5, obbligatoria dal 1° luglio 2025, e sono state implementate specifiche funzionalità relative al Portale per i Comuni.Due i principali vantaggi della nuova modalità di deposito: alleggerimento degli adempimenti a carico dei tecnici professionisti; ottimmizzazione del flusso di informazioni verso i Comuni, che potranno attivare le verifiche urbanistiche di competenza relative ai frazionamenti approvati dall?"Agenzia e registrati negli archivi catastali.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
