BONUS MAMME LAVORATRICI: NEL 2025 PIù RISORSE E VERSAMENTO IN UN?"UNICA SOLUZIONE A DICEMBRE


Lo stabilisce l'articolo 6 del Decreto n. 95/2025 (c.d. Decreto "Omnibus"), pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 149 del 30 giugno 2025, che stanzia ulteriori 180 milioni di euro, in aggiunta ai 300 milioni già previsti dalla legge di bilancio 2025, portando le risorse ad un totale di 480 milioni di euro.Dunque, per l'anno 2025, si rafforza il contributo introdotto dalla Legge di Bilancio, ma cambiano anche le modalità di erogazione. Il contributo, pari a 40 euro mensili per tutto il 2025, viene riconosciuto alle lavoratrici madri con due figli, fino al compimento del decimo anno di età del figlio più piccolo.La somma, erogata dall'Inps su richiesta dell'interessata, sarà corrisposta in un?"unica soluzione nel mese di dicembre, per un totale di 480 euro netti, esenti da prelievi fiscali e contributivi. La misura è riservata a chi ha un reddito da lavoro inferiore a 40.000 euro annui e il contributo riconosciuto non rileva ai fini del calcolo dell?"ISEE.La medesima somma è riconosciuta anche alle madri lavoratrici con tre o più figli con contratto a tempo determinato, autonome e professioniste, fino al compimento del diciottesimo anno del figlio più piccolo.Per le madri titolari di contratto a tempo indeterminato con tre o più figli, ricorda il MEF in un comunicato del 2 luglio, proseguiranno invece gli incentivi già previsti dalla manovra 2025, che continueranno per tutto il 2026.
