APPROVATO IL DECRETO ECONOMIA: COSA PREVEDE


Approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri, nella Seduta n. 132 del 20 giugno, un decreto-legge che introduce disposizioni urgenti per il finanziamento di attività economiche e imprese, nonché interventi di carattere sociale e in materia di infrastrutture, trasporti ed enti territoriali.Tra le misure previste la proroga della sospensione della cosiddetta "sugar tax" fino al 1° gennaio 2026, l?"applicazione dell?"Iva agevolata al 5% per gli oggetti d?"arte, di antiquariato e di collezione che vengono venduti, oltre a disposizioni in materia di ripiano dello scostamento dal tetto di spesa dei dispositivi medici 2015-2018 e potenziamento del governo del sistema dei dispositivi medici. Il testo, inoltre: prevede disposizioni volte a consentire l?"utilizzo del Fondo per l?"avvio di opere indifferibili agli interventi che, su indicazione delle amministrazioni titolari, non sono più finanziati a valere sulle risorse del PNRR, purché alla data del 31 dicembre 2025 siano stati aggiudicati gli appalti per l?"esecuzione dei lavori; autorizza spese volte al potenziamento delle infrastrutture, tra cui anche il potenziamento di quelle idriche di Venezia e la diga foranea di Genova, dell?"edilizia carceraria e in favore della protezione civile regionale. Prevede, infine: misure per lo sviluppo e l?"efficientamento del trasporto rapido e di manutenzione stradale delle province e città metropolitane; interventi anche per le zone colpite da eventi sismici (Aquila, comuni del cratere, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo) e rifinanziamento di misure di assistenza sociale e cura nonché in favore del terzo settore; interventi in favore dell?"agricoltura, turismo, antiriciclaggio.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
