MAXI DEDUZIONE PER NUOVE ASSUNZIONI: SOCIETà COLLEGATE ESCLUSE DAL CALCOLO DELL?"INCREMENTO OCCUPAZIONALE


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 138 del 17 giugno è stato pubblicato il Decreto Legge 17 giugno 2025, n. 84, recante disposizioni urgenti in materia fiscale. L'articolo 3 del decreto riguarda le modifiche alle disposizioni riguardanti la maggiorazione del costo ammesso in deduzione in presenza di nuove assunzioni, ossia la modifica alla disciplina della maxi deduzione del 120% 0 130% per le assunzioni a tempo indeterminato.In particolare, nel calcolo della deduzione fiscale per le nuove assunzioni la norma elimina, a decorrere dal periodo d'imposta successivo a quello in corso al 31 dicembre 2023, il riferimento alle società collegate.  Queste società, quindi, non potranno più essere incluse nel calcolo dell?"incremento occupazionale.
