RIAMMISSIONE ALLA 'ROTTAMAZIONE-QUATER': COSA SUCCEDE DOPO


Lo scorso 30 aprile è scaduto il termine per essere riammessi alla Definizione agevolata (“Rottamazione-quater”). Dopo la presentazione della domanda, l'Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione, limitatamente ai debiti che rientrano nell?"ambito applicativo della riammissione alla “Rottamazione-quater”, non avvierà nuove procedure cautelari o esecutive e non proseguirà le procedure esecutive precedentemente avviate salvo che non abbia già avuto luogo il primo incanto con esito positivo.Resteranno, invece, in essere eventuali fermi amministrativi o ipoteche già iscritte alla data di presentazione della domanda di riammissione.?Il contribuente, dunque, non sarà considerato inadempiente ai fini dell?"erogazione di rimborsi e pagamenti da parte della pubblica amministrazione e per il rilascio del documento unico di regolarità contributiva (DURC). Dopo la presentazione della domanda, sono inoltre sospesi i termini di prescrizione e decadenza dei carichi inseriti nella domanda di riammissione e, fino alla scadenza della prima o unica rata delle somme dovute a titolo di Definizione agevolata, gli obblighi di pagamento derivanti da precedenti rateizzazioni.Alla data di scadenza della prima o unica rata, le rateizzazioni in corso relative a debiti per i quali è stata accolta la riammissione alla “Rottamazione-quater” sono automaticamente revocate. Entro il 30 giugno 2025, l?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione comunicherà ai contribuenti interessati l?"importo complessivo da versare per la definizione agevolata, insieme ai moduli di pagamento predisposti secondo il piano rateale scelto in fase di domanda.Sulle somme da versare saranno calcolati interessi al tasso del 2% annuo, a partire dal 1° novembre 2023. Infine, il totale da pagare terrà conto anche di eventuali importi già versati, anche se effettuati dopo la decadenza del piano originario, ma solo per la parte imputabile al capitale.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
