IN ARRIVO INCENTIVI PER STARTUP GREEN E DIGITAL


Il Ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, di concerto con il Ministro per gli Affari Europei, il Sud, le Politiche di Coesione e il PNRR, il Ministro delle Imprese e del Made in Italy e il Ministro dell?"Economia e delle Finanze ha firmato il decreto che dà attuazione agli incentivi all?"autoimpiego nei settori strategici per lo sviluppo di nuove tecnologie e la transizione digitale ed ecologica, ai sensi dell'art. 21 del Decreto Legge Coesione, convertito con modificazioni nella legge 4 luglio 2024 n. 95). Nel decreto sono definiti innanzitutto i criteri di qualificazione utili per poter richiedere il beneficio da parte dell?"impresa che opera nei settori strategici individuati e le modalità di accesso.Per ottenere il benefico, spiega il Ministero del Lavoro nel comunicato pubblicato sul sito istituzionale, sono rilevanti i valori medi percentuali degli investimenti in tecnologie green e digitali sul totale delle risorse investite dall?"impresa, la media della domanda di lavoro e i valori medi di competitività delle imprese per ogni singolo dipendente rispetto a ricavi totali, salario medio, investimento totale e in tecnologie digitali e green. Il decreto, in particolare, riconosce: un contributo sull?"attività imprenditoriale, dedicato alle persone disoccupate con meno di 35 anni che tra il primo luglio 2024 e il 31 dicembre 2025 avviano un?"impresa in Italia nei settori individuati come strategici dal decreto attuativo. Per questi soggetti è previsto un contributo di 500 euro mensili, liquidati annualmente in forma anticipata dall?"Inps, per massimo 3 anni e comunque non oltre la fine del 2028; un contributo dedicato alle assunzioni, in queste nuove realtà, di under 35 con contratti a tempo indeterminato, e prevede fino a 800 euro mensili per ciascun dipendente a titolo di esonero contributivo totale per i contratti siglati tra il primo luglio 2024 e il 31 dicembre 2025, sempre per 3 anni e al massimo fino al 31 dicembre 2028.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
