CU 2025: ENTRO IL 17 MARZO LA TRASMISSIONE TELEMATICA ALL?"AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE


Entro lunedì 17 marzo (il 16 cade di domenica) i sostituti d?"imposta devono consegnare ai percipienti e trasmettere in via telematica all?"Agenzia Entrate le CU2025 (periodo d?"imposta 2024) per redditi di lavoro dipendente, equiparati ed assimilati, redditi di lavoro autonomo, provvigioni e redditi diversi. Si tratta, in particolare, del modello "ordinario", deve essere presentato, per via telematica,  all?"Amministrazione finanziaria, e del modello "sintetico", che deve essere consegnato direttamente o per posta a chi ha percepito i redditi “certificati”. Da segnalare, per quest'anno, due importanti novità: a seguito delle modifiche introdotte dal decreto “Adempimenti” i sostituti d?"imposta, non dovranno più inviare le Cu relative ai forfetari e ai contribuenti in regime fiscale di vantaggio. dal 2025 il termine per la trasmissione dei dati relativi ai redditi di lavoro autonomo derivanti dall?"esercizio di arte o professione abituale, slitta fino al 31 marzo dell?"anno successivo a quello in cui le somme e i valori sono stati corrisposti. Le Certificazioni uniche che contengono esclusivamente redditi esenti o non dichiarabili tramite la dichiarazione precompilata quest?"anno, come di consueto, potranno invece essere presentate entro il 31 ottobre, in concomitanza con la scadenza prevista per il 770.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
