LA COMMISSIONE UE DA L'OK ALLA RIFORMA FISCALE DEL TERZO SETTORE


E' finalmente arrivato il via libera della Commissione Europea alla norme fiscali in favore del Terzo Settore.Dal primo gennaio 2026 entrerà in vigore un regime fiscale ad hoc che prevede, tra le altre cose, la defiscalizzazione degli utili destinati allo svolgimento dell?"attività statutaria o all?"incremento del patrimonio e l'introduzione di specifici incentivi per gli investitori, ampliando le opportunità di finanziamento per gli Enti del Terzo Settore. Da segnalare, tra le novità più significative, l?"introduzione di nuovi strumenti di finanza sociale, come i titoli di solidarietà, che garantiranno agli investitori il medesimo trattamento fiscale riservato ai titoli di Stato, con l?"applicazione dell?"aliquota del 12,5%. "Questo risultato rappresenta una svolta decisiva, ci permette finalmente di dare certezze e stabilità agli ETS e piena attuazione al Codice del Terzo Settore e per questo motivo ci tengo a ringraziare il Viceministro Bellucci", ha dichiarato il Ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, Marina Calderone."La Commissione Europea", ha spiegato il Viceministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali con delega al Terzo Settore, Maria Teresa Bellucci, "stante le caratteristiche e unicità del Terzo Settore italiano e quanto rappresentato ampiamente dal nostro Governo, constata che le agevolazioni fiscali degli ETS non si configurano come aiuti di Stato, poiché  perseguono attività di interesse generale con finalità di pubblica utilità. Questo non solo rafforza il ruolo del Terzo Settore, ma è anche un chiaro riconoscimento dell?"inestimabile valore del lavoro di questi enti, milioni di donne e uomini che animano il mondo della solidarietà sociale in Italia".   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
