DETRAZIONE IVA E REVERSE CHARGE: OBBLIGO DI DETTAGLIO IN FATTURA


Ai fini della detrazione dell'Iva, ovvero dell'applicazione del meccanismo del cd. reverse charge, le fatture per prestazioni di servizi, tra le quali rientrano le prestazioni dedotte in un contratto di subappalto, devono contenere l'indicazione dell'entità e della natura degli stessi, nonché la specificazione della data nella quale sono stati effettuati o ultimati. Pertanto, il contribuente che chiede la detrazione dell'Iva ha l'onere di dimostrare che sono state soddisfatte le relative condizioni e l'inerenza delle prestazioni alla propria attività d'impresa, ed ove l'Amministrazione ritenga necessari ulteriori elementi ai fini della valutazione della richiesta, di fornire anche tali elementi.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
