SCADENZA AL 17 MARZO PER L?"INVIO TELEMATICO DELLA CERTIFICAZIONE UNICA (CU2025)


Entro il 17 marzo 2025 (il 16 cade di domenica), i sostituti d?"imposta devono consegnare ai percipienti e trasmettere in via telematica all?"Agenzia Entrate le CU2025 per redditi di lavoro dipendente, equiparati ed assimilati, redditi di lavoro autonomo, provvigioni e redditi diversi. È prevista una sanzione pari a 100 euro per ciascuna certificazione errata, omessa o tardiva. In caso di errata trasmissione, la sanzione non si applica se l?"errore viene ravveduto entro i 5 giorni successivi alla scadenza. Si ricorda che anche quest?"anno la trasmissione delle Certificazioni Uniche dei redditi esclusi dal modello 730 potrà essere effettuata entro il termine di presentazione dei quadri riepilogativi del modello 770 (ST, SV, SX, SY) e quindi entro il 31 ottobre 2025.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
