DECRETO BOLLETTE: LE MISURE PER PMI E IMPRESE ENERGIVORE


Nel Decreto bollette, approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri il 28 febbraio ed in vigore dal 1° marzo, oltre alle norme che potenziano e ampliano i meccanismi di protezione delle famiglie a basso reddito in relazione ai costi per i consumi energetici, anche misure in favore delle piccole e medie imprese (PMI) e delle imprese energivore. In particolare, per il 2025: è autorizzata la spesa di 600 milioni di euro per il finanziamento del Fondo per la transizione energetica nel settore industriale, con copertura a valere sulla quota parte dei proventi derivanti dalle aste delle quote di emissione di CO2 dell?"anno 2024; ulteriori 600 milioni sono destinati alle agevolazioni per la fornitura di energia elettrica e gas alle PMI, in particolare all?"azzeramento per un semestre della spesa per oneri di sistema relativi al sostegno alle energie ricavate da fonti rinnovabili e alla cogenerazione (cosiddetta componente ASOS) per i clienti finali non domestici in bassa tensione con potenza disponibile superiore a 16,5 kW. Vengono introdotte anche misure per la trasparenza e la confrontabilità delle offerte al dettaglio di energia elettrica e gas sul mercato libero, in modo da consentire una agevole leggibilità delle offerte e dei contratti anche con la previsione di documenti tipo da parte dell'Autorità di regolazione per energia reti e ambiente (ARERA). In caso di inosservanza, sono previste sanzioni amministrative pecuniarie fino a 155 milioni di euro. Infine, in casi di particolare urgenza, ARERA potrà deliberare l?"adozione di misure cautelari, anche prima dell?"avvio del procedimento sanzionatorio, assicurando il più utile e tempestivo perseguimento degli interessi tutelati e, qualora ciò non comprometta la fruibilità del servizio da parte degli utenti, potrà sospendere l?"attività di impresa fino a 6 mesi o proporre al Ministro competente la sospensione o la decadenza della concessione.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
