APPROVATO IL MODELLO UNICO DI DICHIARAZIONE AMBIENTALE PER IL 2025 (MUD)


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 49 del 28 febbraio è stato pubblicato il DPCM 29 gennaio 2025, di approvazione del modello unico di dichiarazione ambientale per l'anno 2025 - MUD, che sostituirà integralmente quello allegato al decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri 26 gennaio 2024.Attraverso il Modello Unico di Dichiarazione ambientale (MUD) devono essere denunciati i rifiuti prodotti dalle attività economiche, quelli raccolti e trasportati e quelli smaltiti e, avviati al recupero, nell'anno precedente la dichiarazione. Il nuovo modello, che dovrà essere utilizzato per le dichiarazioni riferite all'anno 2024, dovrà essere presentato entro il 28 giugno, che, cadendo di sabato, sposta la scadenza a lunedì 30 giugno 2025.I prodotti informatici e i portali per la compilazione e presentazione del MUD 2025 saranno pubblicati sul sito di Unioncamere.   Le modifiche rispetto al precedente modelloAl fine di consentire l'adeguamento della dichiarazione alle nuove disposizioni normative e alle indicazioni derivanti dalle delibere ARERA, sono state introdotte modifiche al Modello Unico di Dichiarazione Ambientale per l'anno 2025: nella scheda Materiali Secondari (Scheda MAT) è stato introdotto il campo Ammendante compostato con fanghi (acf), in relazione al fatto che tale tipologia è espressamente prevista dal D. Lgs n. 75/2010 tra gli ammendanti prodotti a partire da rifiuti attraverso processi di tipo biologico; nell'allegato 1 (istruzioni compilazione modello unico dichiarazione ambientale) sono state aggiornate le seguenti parti: inserimento del codice ATECO 96.02.03 in virtù della modifica apportata dal D.Lgs. n. 213/2022 al comma 6 dell?"art. 190 del D.lgs. 152/2006; le modalità per il calcolo del numero degli addetti sono state allineate agli aggiornamenti normativi subentrati in merito al sistema di tracciabilità RENTRI di cui all?"art. 188-bis del D. Lgs. N. 152/2006 e smi; alla Comunicazione rifiuti Urbani e raccolti in convenzione – Scheda CG sono state apportate alcune integrazioni e corretti alcuni refusi al fine di allineare il contenuto a quanto previsto dalle delibere ARERA e sono state introdotti i nuovi riferimenti normativi subentrati; alle Istruzioni sono state apportate integrazioni riguardanti le indicazioni per la compilazione delle schede implementate, e aggiornamenti rivolti alla correzione di errori formali o di errori nelle procedure di compilazione.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
