DETRAZIONI FISCALI PER CARICHI DI FAMIGLIA: NUOVE INDICAZIONI INPS


La legge di bilancio 2025, modificando l'articolo 12 del Testo Unico delle imposte sui redditi (TUIR), ha introdotto alcune novità in materia di detrazioni per carichi di famiglia.Con Messaggio n. 698 del 26 febbraio l'Inps illustra le modifiche normative relative alle detrazioni fiscali riconosciute per ciascun figlio e per gli ascendenti conviventi con il contribuente, e specifica i requisiti di cittadinanza necessari ad accedere alle detrazioni. In particolare, con riferimento ai figli a carico, la detrazione per carichi di famiglia spettante è riconosciuta, nella misura e nei limiti reddituali ivi previsti, nell?"importo massimo di 950 euro per ciascun figlio, compresi i figli nati fuori del matrimonio riconosciuti, i figli adottivi, affiliati o affidati, nonché i figli del coniuge deceduto conviventi del coniuge superstite, di età pari o superiore a 21 anni, ma inferiore a 30 anni, nonché per ciascun figlio di età pari o superiore a 30 anni con disabilità accertata.La detrazione fiscale è riconosciuta, nella misura e nei limiti reddituali ivi previsti, nell?"importo massimo di 750 euro, da ripartire pro quota tra coloro che vi hanno diritto, per ciascun ascendente che conviva con il contribuente;Le detrazioni non spettano ai contribuenti che non sono cittadini italiani o di uno Stato membro dell?"Unione europea o di uno Stato aderente all?"accordo sullo Spazio economico europeo in relazione ai familiari residenti all?"estero. L'Istituto ricorda infine che è onere del contribuente dichiarare al sostituto di imposta il diritto alle detrazioni previste e di comunicare tempestivamente ogni variazione.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
