PIANO TRANSIZIONE 5.0: NUOVI CHIARIMENTI DEL MIMIT


Sul sito internet del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy è disponibile la versione aggiornata in data 24 febbraio 2025 delle FAQ relative al Piano Transizione 5.0, concernenti le caratteristiche generali del Piano, la procedura per l?"accesso all?"agevolazione, i beni materiali e immateriali di cui agli allegati A e B alla Legge 11 dicembre 2016 n. 232, il calcolo del risparmio energetico, la determinazione dell?"importo del credito d?"imposta, gli impianti per l?"autoproduzione di energia elettrica da fonti rinnovabili, la formazione, la cumulabilità delle agevolazioni, i controlli e le verifiche. In particolare l?"ultimo aggiornamento riguarda la modifica della FAQ n. 4.19 e, in particolare, chiarisce che, ai fini della procedura semplificata per il calcolo della riduzione dei consumi energetici, non è previsto l?"obbligo di rottamazione del bene obsoleto sostituito. Altri chiarimenti sono stati recentemente pubblicati nella versione del 21 febbraio 2025 e riguardano: l?"introduzione del nuovo capitolo “Procedura semplificata (comma 9-bis dell?"art. 38)” con 4 nuove FAQ che chiariscono le modalità di applicazione della procedura semplificata introdotta dalla Legge di Bilancio 2025; la pubblicazione delle FAQ n. 2.17 relativa alla gestione dei contratti di vendita con patto di riservato dominio; la pubblicazione della FAQ n. 2.18, concernente la validità degli attestati di conformità/perizia asseverata rilasciati per Transizione 4.0; la pubblicazione delle FAQ n. 4.18, relativa alla verifica dei requisiti obbligatori di risparmio energetico nel settore della distribuzione automatica; la revisione completa della sezione sulla cumulabilità delle agevolazioni, con particolare riferimento alle novità introdotte dalla Legge di Bilancio 2025; la modifica della FAQ n. 10.1, concernente l?"aggiornamento dell?"interpretazione riguardante l?"eccezione riportata all?"articolo 5, comma 1, lettera d), del decreto interministeriale 24 luglio 2024, relativa alle attività nel cui processo produttivo viene generata un?"elevata dose di sostanze inquinanti classificabili come rifiuti speciali pericolosi, e il cui smaltimento a lungo termine potrebbe causare un danno all?"ambiente.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
