BONUS ZES PER L?"ASSUNZIONE DI OVER 35 NEL MEZZOGIORNO: PUBBLICATO IL DECRETO ATTUATIVO


Al via il Bonus Zes per le aziende del Mezzogiorno che assumono a tempo indeterminato lavoratori over 35 disoccupati di lungo periodo.Il 21 febbraio 2025 è stato pubblicato il Decreto attuativo della misura (DL 7 gennaio 2025), che stabilisce criteri e modalità di accesso alla misura, che prevede l?"esonero, per un periodo massimo di 24 mesi, del 100% dal versamento dei contributi previdenziali dovuti dal datore di lavoro privato nel limite massimo di 650 euro su base mensile (con esclusione dei premi e contributi INAIL), per ciascun dipendente assunto quale lavoratore subordinato non dirigente, a tempo indeterminato, dal 1° settembre 2024 e fino al 31 dicembre 2025. Possono accedere all'agevolazione i datori di lavoro privati con un organico fino a 10 dipendenti che, nel periodo sopra indicato, assumono personale non dirigenziale da impiegare in una delle 8 Regioni ZES. Per ottenere il Bonus, l?"azienda non deve aver effettuato licenziamenti individuali per giustificato motivo o licenziamenti collettivi nei 6 mesi precedenti l?"assunzione.Le imprese interessate devono inoltrare richiesta telematica all?"Inps, indicando i dati di impresa e lavoratore, il tipo di contratto, la retribuzione media mensile e la sede di lavoro prevista.
