APPROVATI I MODELLI DEFINITIVI CU E IVA 2025


Con due distinti provvedimento del 15 gennaio l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha approvato i modelli della Certificazione unica 2025 con le relative istruzioni e specifiche tecniche e i modelli Iva 2025 (Iva annuale e Iva Base) con le relative istruzioni. Quest'anno nel modello Certificazione unica (Cu 2025) entra il “bonus tredicesima”, l?"indennità di importo fino a 100 euro riconosciuta per il 2024 ai titolari di reddito di lavoro dipendente con particolari condizioni economiche e familiari.Il modello è stato aggiornato con le novità intervenute l'anno scorso relative alla disciplina del lavoro sportivo dilettantistico e professionistico e quella dei fringe benefit ai dipendenti.Spazio inoltre al trattamento integrativo speciale erogato ai lavoratori del settore turistico, ricettivo e termale e all'imposta sostitutiva sui compensi per le prestazioni aggiuntive del personale sanitario. Relativamente ai modelli Iva 2025, relativi al 2024 e da presentare nel 2025 ai fini dell?"imposta sul valore aggiunto, la novità riguarda il quadro “VO”, che tiene conto delle opzioni per le organizzazioni di volontariato e le associazioni di promozione sociale che hanno scelto il regime speciale e per le imprese giovanili in agricoltura che hanno adottato il regime agevolato.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
