UN SERVIZIO GRATUITO PER RISOLVERE I PROBLEMI DOVUTI ALL'APPLICAZIONE NON CORRETTA DELLE NORME EUROPEE SUL MERCATO INTERNO


Cittadini ed imprese possono incorrere in problemi derivanti da una non corretta applicazione delle norme sul mercato interno da parte delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni degli Stati membri. In questi casi come possono far valere i propri diritti? La Commissione Europea, Direzione Generale Mercato Interno, ha istituito, nel luglio del 2002, la rete europea SOLVIT con l'obiettivo di aiutare cittadini e imprese a risolvere tali problemi con la massima efficienza, in tempi brevi e senza dover intraprendere un'azione legale. SOLVIT è un servizio gratuito svolto prevalentemente online formato da una rete di Centri nazionali presenti in tutti gli Stati dell'Unione e in Islanda, Liechtenstein e Norvegia, che cooperano per trovare una soluzione a complicazioni causati dalla non corretta applicazione delle norme europee da parte delle amministrazioni nazionali. SOLVIT si occupa, in linea di massima, di qualsiasi problema transfrontaliero tra un'impresa o un cittadino, da una parte, e un'amministrazione pubblica nazionale, dall'altra, e che riguarda l'eventuale scorretta applicazione della legislazione comunitaria. SOLVIT può essere d'aiuto nei seguenti casi: - riconoscimento delle qualifiche professionali, - visti e diritti di soggiorno, - commercio e servizi (imprese), - autoveicoli e patenti di guida, - prestazioni familiari, - diritti pensionistici, - attività professionali all'estero, - indennità di disoccupazione, - assicurazione sanitaria, - accesso all'istruzione, - movimenti di capitali o pagamenti trasfrontalieri, - rimborsi IVA. SOLVIT non può essere d'aiuto in caso di: - problemi tra imprese, - violazione dei diritti dei consumatori, - richiesta di risarcimento di un danno, - procedimenti giudiziari (data la sua natura informale, SOLVIT non può agire in parallelo con procedimenti formali o legali). Statement on the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
