REVISORI DEGLI ENTI LOCALI - PAGAMENTO DEL CONTRIBUTO ANNUALE PER L'ISCRIZIONE NELL'ELENCO ENTRO IL 30 APRILE


I professionisti che risultano iscritti nell'Elenco dei revisori dei conti degli Enti locali, di cui al decreto 15 febbraio 2012, n. 23, alla data del 16 dicembre 2017 o che, in alternativa, hanno confermato, entro il medesimo termine, la permanenza dei requisiti per mantenere l'iscrizione al predetto elenco per il 2018, devono versare - entro il 30 aprile 2018 - il contributo annuo pari a 25,00 euro. Ricordiamo che detto contributo, dovuto a copertura delle spese sostenute dal Ministero dell'Interno per le procedure telematiche per la raccolta, elaborazione e gestione dei dati richiesti e per iniziative di formazione a distanza, è stato previsto dall'articolo 4-bis, comma 2, del decreto legge 20 giugno 2012, n. 79, convertito con modificazioni dalla legge 7 agosto 2012, n. 131. I termini e le modalità di pagamento sono stati successivamente determinati con il decreto del Ministro dell'Interno del 23 giugno 2013. Il versamento del contributo dovrà essere effettuato al conto corrente postale n. 1013096209, intestato a "Tesoreria Viterbo - Ministero Interno, art. 4-bis DL 79/2012". Nella causale del versamento si dovrà indicare: "Contributo dei revisori dei conti degli enti locali, anno 2017 - aggiungendo anche il codice fiscale dell'iscritto". Una volta effettuato il versamento entro la data prevista, ciascun iscritto dovrà accedere con le proprie credenziali alla pagina dedicata del sito del Ministero dell'Interno per comunicare le coordinate del proprio versamento. Si ricorda che il contributo in questione è dovuto a prescindere dalla circostanza che il revisore svolga effettivamente il ruolo di revisore presso un ente locale. Vogliamo, infine, ricordare che, con il Decreto direttoriale 22 dicembre 2016, il Ministero dell'Interno - Dipartimento per gli affari interni e territoriali - Direzione Centrale della Finanza Locale ha proceduto all'aggiornamento dell'elenco dei revisori contabili degli enti locali, con efficacia dal 1° gennaio 2017. riferito agli enti locali appartenenti al territorio delle Regioni a statuto ordinario. Da questo elenco aggiornato saranno estratti i nominativi dei revisori dei conti a decorrere dal 1° gennaio 2017 e fino al 31 dicembre 2017.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
