NOVITà IN ARRIVO PER LA TASSAZIONE DELLE CRIPTOVALUTE


Il disegno di legge di bilancio 2025 intende introdurre importanti novità nella tassazione delle criptoattività in Italia. La proposta inserita nella legge prevede un significativo aumento dell?"aliquota sulle plusvalenze eccedenti i 2.000 euro derivanti da cripto-attività dal 26% al 42%. In sede di esame alla Camera sono state tuttavia presentate diverse proposte di modifica: mantenimento dell?"aliquota attuale del 26% eliminazione completa della soglia di esenzione di 2.000 euro, proponendo di rendere imponibili tutte le plusvalenze indipendentemente dal loro ammontare introduzione della possibilità di rideterminare il valore delle cripto-attività possedute al 1° gennaio 2025. Gli investitori potrebbero optare per un?"imposta sostitutiva del 16% sul valore rideterminato, con la possibilità di versamento entro il 30 novembre 2025 o di rateizzazione in tre anni con un interesse del 3% annuo. introduzione di una definizione più precisa delle plusvalenze, specificando che queste sono costituite dalla differenza tra il corrispettivo percepito (o il valore normale dei beni rimborsati) e il costo di acquisto, aumentato di ogni onere inerente alla produzione, compresa l?"imposta di successione e donazione, ma con l?"esclusione degli interessi passivi.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
