COMUNICAZIONI CONTROLLI AUTOMATICI SULLE DICHIARAZIONI CONSULTABILI ANCHE NEL CASSETTO FISCALE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate verifica annualmente che i dati contenuti nelle dichiarazioni fiscali presentate siano esatti e che i versamenti siano stati effettuati in modo corretto e nei tempi utili. Le comunicazioni di irregolarità emesse a seguito di questo controllo “automatico” possono evidenziare l?"eventuale presenza di incongruenze, e contenere quindi una richiesta di regolarizzazione, oppure informare il contribuente di un maggior credito o di un minor rimborso spettante. Con Provvedimento del 19 novembre, recante disposizioni in materia di rafforzamento del contenuto conoscitivo del cassetto fiscale, l'Agenzia delle Entrate disciplina l?"attivazione di nuove funzionalità che permettono al contribuente di consultare e gestire, in un?"unica sezione della propria area riservata del sito internet dell?"Agenzia delle entrate, le comunicazioni degli esiti dei controlli automatici effettuati sulle dichiarazioni.In questo modo, i destinatari delle comunicazioni o i loro intermediari delegati, potranno chiedere contestualmente assistenza o procedere direttamente al versamento. Il contribuente sarà informato dell?"arrivo di una comunicazione direttamente nel Cassetto fiscale, tramite avviso all?"interno della propria area riservata oppure, se registrato all?"app IO, anche tramite una notifica push sul cellulare. È inoltre attivo un servizio di ricerca tramite i dati identificativi delle comunicazioni. Le comunicazioni degli esiti dei controlli automatici saranno disponibili all?"interno della sezione “L?"Agenzia scrive” del Cassetto fiscale. Le stesse saranno comunque inviate anche con le modalità tradizionali, ovvero tramite raccomandata o via pec. I contribuenti, dopo aver ricevuto la comunicazione, potranno procedere direttamente al versamento per regolarizzare la propria posizione, oppure chiedere chiarimenti o fornire elementi all?"Agenzia tramite il servizio Civis, le cui funzionalità sono state integrate nel Cassetto fiscale. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
