CREDITO D'IMPOSTA RICERCA E SVILUPPO: ONLINE L'ALBO DEI CERTIFICATORI


Sul sito internet Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy è possibile consultare l’Albo dei certificatori del credito d’imposta in attività di ricerca e sviluppo, innovazione tecnologica, design e ideazione estetica.  Allegato al Decreto direttoriale del 15 maggio scorso (Allegato 1) il Ministero ha infatti pubblicato il primo elenco degli idonei all’iscrizione all’Albo dei certificatori, selezionandoli tra le domande pervenute al 30 aprile 2024, ossia dei soggetti autorizzati ad attestare il tipo di intervento effettuato dai richiedenti il bonus. Operativa anche la piattaforma informatica con la quale le imprese che hanno effettuato o che intendano effettuare investimenti nei campi della ricerca e sviluppo, innovazione tecnologica, design e ideazione estetica possono selezionare il certificatore prescelto e versare i diritti di segreteria. Attraverso lo stesso portale, a partire dal 5 giugno sarà possibile, per i certificatori, provvedere al caricamento delle certificazioni richieste dalle imprese e ad esse rilasciate. Entro il mese di maggio il Mimit renderà disponibili il modello di certificazione da utilizzare, oltre alle linee guida cui il certificatore è tenuto ad uniformarsi per la corretta applicazione del credito d’imposta. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
